Specifically, our backend ETL system (built on Airbyte) ingests campaign metadata, ad metrics, and engagement data from Meta APIs - authorized by the client - to synchronize into our secure data warehouse (BigQuery). This raw data is used to generate dashboards and analytics that quantify return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and other business performance metrics.
The product we enable for clients is a reporting and insights layer that helps them understand how their paid social campaigns are driving measurable outcomes through the Fermat platform. We do not use the data for ad creation, targeting, redistribution, or any action on behalf of the client other than delivering analytics tied to their own campaigns. All data access is explicitly authorized and confined to assets under the client's control.
